Rental includes the following

• Access to event space from 10am - 11:30PM
• On site manager
• Tables and chairs as needed
• Initial furniture set up
• 1 Bar with space for 2 bartenders***
• 1 Designated downtown parking space
• Tear down & post event cleaning
• A/V System access
• 3 Projectors & Screens
• Sound System with a microphone
• Disco Ball

***Alcohol and bartender labor not included, Must be obtained through Encore 201, Contact us for pricing.

Rates:

Weekends (Friday - Sunday) $3,750.00 plus 18% service charge, plus sales tax plus alcohol services if applicable

Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) $2,250.00 plus 18% service charge, plus sales tax, plus bar/alcohol if applicable
