Encore 201 VIP services include the following. Tableside bottle service which includes complimentary entry into Encore 201, a designated VIP section for the evening with up to 10 guests, a personal server and standard mixer package (excluding premium mixers, Red Bull, & bottled water).
A minimum purchase of $500.00 is required to reserve (excludes taxes and gratuity). Maximum guest count is 10 adults.
Beverage Choices: Please select brand(s) and quantity from our menu. Please submit the form below and we will begin to generate a formal proposal for you to secure your reservation.
Guests Obligations: A full list of all guests will be required to bypass the cover charge and ALL guests MUST present a valid, government ID to gain entry, no exceptions. Guests can enter all at once or come in smaller groups so long as they are all in the building by 11:00 pm. All guests must conform to all rules of Encore 201.
Payment: A valid credit card (cc) is required to book your reservation and reservations must be paid in full to be confirmed. Payments are made through our client portal which you will have access to once we present a formal agreement. You can add a card for file and pay the balance on the reservation.
Cancellations/Refunds: You will get a full refund if you cancel your reservation 2 weeks prior to reservation, if less than 2 weeks there will be a cancellation fee of $200 applied to the card on file and the remaining deposit will be refunded. Please note that we require to hold on file the actual/physical card you used to book the reservation and will ask for you to present a valid, government ID for verification upon seating. If you add to your reservation you may pay with cash or credit, at the end of the night.
Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill for service.
VIP Service Rules:
1. Per the MLCC, bottles will NOT remain inside the VIP section. A server must pour all drinks from your bottle in your presence and store bottles behind the bar when not in use.
2. Encore does not admit new guests into the building after 1:40 am. Re-entry is permitted until 1:40 am. Guests under 21 are not permitted.
3. Michigan law requires partially-consumed bottles of alcohol to be forfeited at the close of business.
4. Encore 201 is a vape/smoke-free business. Vaping indoors will not be tolerated.
5. A minimum $500 charge will be charged to the credit card on file for any damage to the VIP section or furniture. A $200 clean-up fee for any bodily fluids (including vomit/blood) will be charged to the credit card on file if needed. Any refunds will require photo evidence of the pre-existing damage at the time of your reservation’s arrival.
6. Over-intoxicated guests will be asked to leave & will not be allowed to remain inside (This decision is at the management’s & security’s discretion). Guests who are over-intoxicated will not be allowed re-entry, please don’t pre-game.
7. No outside food, drinks or alcohol are allowed.
8. No backpacks, luggage or oversized bags/purses will be allowed. Security reserves the right to inspect any and all contents of guests before entry & the right to not allow any and all bags, purses, etc. to enter.
9. Guests will be denied entry if they smell of marijuana.
10. Encore 201 reserves the right to deny entry to any patron at any time for any reason.
